Wonderful

while you snorkelling even on the beach of the hotel it was amazing... we have seen beautiful corals and fishes.

there could me more air conditioned places and different activities in the hotel, especially for evening. everybody who wants to escape from the noise of the bar were staying in the lobby. there could be some play rooms (backgammon, uno, cards, box/family games, rummikub etc.) or TV room.

The bed and the room itself were very comfortable. Nice view.

I was often arrested at the gate and sometimes in a rude way, because I had no bracelet from the hotel, but the bracelet was only for all inclusive guests. So there is no way to differentiate an intruder from a non all inclusive guest.

The hotel is fairly clean very good for families, breakfast is good with a wide variety and fresh food

The room I received did not have internet. I asked for it to be fixed upon check in at 14:00 and nothing happened till 23:00. I asked the matter to be escalated to the responsible manager on that night and refund me if they can fix it. The response I receive from the manager attending during that night was we cannot refund rather than finding a solution and he did not bother to come see me. They kept me frustrated till 12 midnight and eventually changed my room. Still again the next morning internet was out in the new room. The next day Rima did apologies to avoid the negative review and that is appreciated however a bit too late.

The location is really good as a location. The breakfast is very varied and everything is fresh. night shift at the reception Mr Ali is really very interested and solution oriented. Mr. Adel at the Pool Bar is friendly and helpful.I would like to specially thank Jack and Valerie from the animation team. They are very friendly to the guests and also very respectful of their private time and space. The breakfast is really very nice, and it's a really nice job to be able to choose your own omelet the way you want it. It can really be preferred as a price-performance. The beach is extremely clean and safe.

The most disliked thing about the hotel is the renovation at the beginning.Of course, I understand that it is out of season and it is a necessity for the hotel to make renovations during this period, and I have no problem with this, but I think it is unacceptable that this renovation starts at 08.00 every morning right above my room, especially when the hotel is 40 percent full, guests who will stay around the renovation could have blocked a room on the other side or informed the guests by the reception.Even if it had started after 10-11 o'clock, there would have been no problem in this case.Also the room the magnetics of their cards were really problematic and I had to go to the reception again to get into my room at least 3 times a day.I think the dinners have little variety, and on nights when I didn't like the grilled food that came out on the show,I had to have 2 dinners, eating out.

Good hotel, I would consider it again

Accommodations: The hotel room was spacious, featuring a thoughtful layout with kids' beds placed in the hallway, offering parents some privacy. Beach and Amenities: The hotel's beach is clean, and sandy, and includes access to a reef for snorkeling. Beach amenities such as beds, umbrellas, and fresh towels are readily available. Food and Hospitality: The food variety at the hotel was satisfactory, with plenty of different options available. The cooks were friendly, adding to the dining experience. Additionally, the reception staff was very accommodating, efficiently resolving any issues that arose. Entertainment: The animation team, particularly Bazooka, provided enjoyable entertainment, contributing positively to the overall experience.

Misleading Information: The booking description inaccurately suggests that the hotel is directly on the beach. In reality, one has to cross a busy three-lane street to reach the beach, which can be challenging, especially for families with children. Clearer communication on the hotel’s location and access would be helpful. Room Cleanliness: While the hotel is generally clean, the cleanliness of our room's floor was inconsistent. More attention to daily cleaning would enhance the comfort of the stay. Staff Uniforms and Professionalism: Some staff members wore noticeably unclean uniforms. Additionally, employees paid too much attention to my wife and rarely greeted me. This is common in the area. Improved staff training on uniform standards and guest interactions would be beneficial. Cultural Sensitivity: The presence of a predominately Russian guest population, with some engaging in loud and early alcohol consumption, was unexpected and affected the atmosphere of the hotel. A more diverse clientele or better management of guest behavior could improve the experience for all guests.
